Information we collect

When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, event date, venue and postcode, guest numbers, event details and any information you choose to include in your message. If you make a booking, we may also retain booking correspondence and payment records.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and fulfil bookings, handle payments and maintain records where required by law. Our lawful bases are taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in managing enquiries and our business, and legal obligations where applicable.

Who handles your information

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes enquiry form submissions. Submission notifications are sent to our Hotmail email account, provided by Microsoft. We use SumUp to request and process booking payments through secure payment links; please also see SumUp’s privacy information when paying. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to deal with them. Booking and payment records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, tax or legal purposes. You may ask us about the retention period for your information.

Your rights

Subject to UK data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict certain uses, or request portability where applicable. Contact us by email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

International services

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, applicable legal safeguards should be used by those providers.
